ACTIVITIES & PROMOTIONS

In conjunction with our SunWise Partners, Suncorp delivers a range of activities and promotions across Queensland, aimed at increasing the awareness of skin cancer. SunWise initiatives like the QIMR Roadshow and our Staff Volunteer Program are specifically designed to educate the community about skin cancer prevention and detection, as well as raising vital funding to help QIMR defeat skin cancer. 

Suncorp provides sun safe information and free sunscreen spraying at various community events right around Queensland - events like The Sunday Mail Suncorp Bridge to Brisbane, Queensland Bulls cricket matches, the Suncorp North Queensland Games, the Townsville Cultural Festival, plus a variety of events at Southbank Parklands, such as the Australia Day celebrations and the first day of summer celebrations.

Through our beach and pool sun safe program, we partner with the Royal Life Saving Society Queensland and Councils on the Sunshine Coast, and in Mackay and Townsville, to provide UV warning, sun safety signage and shade tents for public use in busy locations.
