Before you can enter, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of the Suncorp SunWise Project Protect. By pressing "Accept", you are agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. You will not be able to proceed with your application unless you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that only clubs and community groups in Queensland are eligible to enter.

1. The Promoter of the Suncorp SunWise Project Protect is Suncorp-Metway Ltd ABN 66 010 831 722 ("Suncorp") of 36 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, Queensland.
2. The Terms and Conditions of the Suncorp SunWise Project Protect must be accepted in order to be eligible to win one of 100 Prizes
3. Each prize consists of 12 months supply of sunscreen (12 x 1L pumps) and 1 x wall-mounted sunscreen holder valued at approximately $400 each ("the Prize").
4. Application is open to all Queensland community based, not-for-profit organisations, including but not limited to, clubs and sporting groups; but excluding schools , child care centres and government agencies ("Applicants") to apply to receive a Prize, via an on-line application on the Suncorp SunWise website only.
5. Applicants will be required to enter their contact information into the on-line Form.
6. Applications will be open from 1 June 2009 until 10 July 2009.
7. The Prize winners will be selected based on answers to the online questions (part of the registration) at suncorp.com.au/sunwise at The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be determined between Monday 13 - Friday 17 July 2009 and will be notified via email and/or telephone with details published at www.suncorp.com.au/sunwise by Friday 17 July 2009.
9. It is a condition of application that each Winner agrees to take part in any publicity organised by Suncorp's Public Relations agency, Sequel Communications.
10. The Prizes will be distributed to the Winners in July and August 2009.
11. Winners only will be notified.
12. The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. All applications for the Suncorp SunWise Project Protect become the property of the Suncorp. Suncorp and/or any of its related entities may use the Applicants’ names and contact details for future marketing or publicity purposes. Suncorp reserves the right to publicise the Applicants’ (name, addresses and agreed photographs) through broadcast, electronic and print media, point of sale and newsletters, without compensation.
14. Applicants' personal information (if any) will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Suncorp Privacy Policy (a copy of which is available at Suncorp branches or website www.suncorp.com.au) to enable Suncorp to administer and promote Suncorp Club Sunscreen Offer. Applicants may contact Suncorp to request access to any of the collected personal information that is held. If an Applicant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, Suncorp may determine that they are not eligible for a prize in the Suncorp Club Sunscreen Offer.
