Terms and conditions

Suncorp will only provide the portable shade tents subject to the following conditions. You should carefully consider your position, and take advice if necessary, before agreeing to these conditions.

1. I agree to indemnify Suncorp and Signmanager against all actions, claims, demands, costs, losses, damages and expense which may be brought against or made upon Suncorp and Signmanager or which Suncorp and Signmanager may incur by reason of the use of the Portable Shade Tents whether in respect of injury or damage to any person, animal, plant or thing, whether on the property or elsewhere and whether or not such person, animal, plant or thing is under my custody and control and whether damage to persons or property arises directly or indirectly, negligently or not, on the applicant organisation's part on the part of Suncorp or otherwise. I hereby release and discharge Suncorp and Signmanager from all actions, claims, demands, costs, losses, damages or expense which but for this agreement might be brought against or made upon Suncorp and Signmanager by the applicant organisation or anyone claiming through the applicant organisation.

2. I agree to comply with the instructions for assembly of the Portable Shade Tents provided by Signmanager.

3. I agree to use the Portable Shade Tents for its intended use as stipulated in the booking form and is to be only used by our Organisation whose principle place is located within the Brisbane and Gold Coast area.

4. My school/non-profit organisation/sports club has public liability insurance to the value of $10 million dollars.

5. I will provide Signmanager with a certificate of currency of liability insurance with a minimum limit of liability of $10 million.

6. Upon collection of the tent I will be required to provide Signmanager with a bond of $200 which will be returned to me on return of the tent(s) to Signmanager provided the tent(s) are returned on time and in the same condition as which they were hired.

7. I acknowledge that only 20 tents are available each month and therefore, once the 20 tents have been allocated each month there are no more tents available for hire until the following month.

Damages

Should the shade tent be returned damaged, soiled or incomplete, a fee may be incurred. This will be charged to the credit card used to book the tent. Organisations returning the shade tents in poor condition may be refused access to future bookings.
